eBooks and digital products will be made available to download by a link as soon as we have accepted an order and payment has been received.

Please use the link to download your purchase.

The link will expire after 24hrs. If you click on an expired link you will be sent a new link.

A receipt and copy of the link will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

Should you receive incorrect or faulty goods, please contact Calm Space Professional Organising with information regarding the problem and you will be offered a replacement or refund. We may require proof of purchase before actioning any replacement or refund request.

Other reasons for replacement or refund may be considered, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion.
