Through a series of 1:1 sessions, I’ll gently guide you through time and task management systems, principles and strategies so you can find more calm in your day. I approach each client differently, always considering your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing needs.

Starting from $125/hour
Sessions are held virtually or in person (travel fees apply for in-person sessions). I recommend you commit to at least 2 – 3 sessions to see lasting, long-term changes.
This service is suitable for the neurodivergent.

Everyone’s productivity needs differ, so I tailor each session to the individual. In saying that, here are some things you can expect in a typical session:

I have a working knowledge of commonly used digital apps and can help you choose one that suits your needs. While tools, apps, planners and notebooks can support your efforts to organise time and tasks, the missing part is often the knowledge, mindsets and systems to make them work optimally for you. I will help you bring them together.
